Uvu is 3-4 with a 9 point loss to Sacramento state, an 8 point loss to Montana state, a 25 point loss to eastern Washington and a 21 point loss to uc Davis. We should win by 40, but I expect us to start the game shooting 20% and to be down by 5 10 minutes in.

I would bet that the Cats will down at the first TV timeout. The starting lineup takes that long to gel, and by then RHJ will be coming in.

AZ opens as a 8.5 favorite. Am I missing something like half the team has been suspended? Did Vegas mix us up with ASSU? Feels like I should bet the house

If it's a mistake, then everyone who's put a spread out there so far is making it. Even a few of the off-shore joints have their lines going down from -12 to -8.5 KenPom has us as a 22 point favorite, though, so I'm not sure what to make of it. Weird stuff.

Maybe Vegas thinks we'll build that 20 point lead but that our walk-ons will give half of it back in the final couple of minutes. They have not been good so far this year.

I think they should run wind sprints for 10 minutes at the Jefferson Gym, then dash over to McKale just in time for the tip. Seemingly can't score without breaking a sweat first.

When my kids played soccer, the coaches made the run laps before the matches. I was thinking "why are they trying to tire them out before the match even starts?".

Also why I don't coach soccer.
