The last part of this crosses a line and is totally bush. As I read this report I interpret the case as being suspended. Either way, suspended or guilty, it's wrong to paste the link here. And whomever provided a confidential record originally probably broke a law.
MODS if you're out there I strongly suggest you delete this reference.

ASUHater, I assume you know for fact the document is legally public, otherwise you might go with what I read on the doc's last page "THIS INFORMATION BELOW IS CONFIDENTIAL----FOR USE BY AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL ONLY".
Whether you or the form is right, if this sort of distribution of an apparently suspended/adjudicated case concerned a current Wildcat------or better yet you or your family member would you still feel it's okay? I doubt it. But even that shouldn't be the test; the test is whether you feel it's ethical or not to distribute information concerning an adjudicated case involving an emotional subject which can cream an individual, his family, and his school. I strongly feel it's more than uncool, and I don't think it represents a community called "BEAR DOWN WILDCATS".
Yeah, WTF man.
Edit: I found on the net a Eugene newspaper account referencing a "report released by the Eugene Police Dept." which is the document we've been discussing.
