Who’s turning against him? Beyond what he deserves for being a knucklehead? I’ve been on record as not being as impressed by him as others. But nobody’s saying we wouldn’t be better if he was bought in and still here. But he’s not and he’s not. So on to the next phase.

My take:

We measured the team at this point based on a high water mark of performance for Zeke, which was destined to revert to mean. Meanwhile, we can’t hit free throws or secure a rebound. Those three issues are killing us right now.

A little rough around the edges but a good half minus all the missed free throws. If we had any abilities at the line, we'd be up comfortably.

8 TOs but at least 3 of them were unforced. 2 "Mustafa Shakur's" stepping on the line, and one bad pass for no reason.

I feel like our free throw problems are mostly on the older guys. The freshman seem pretty good from the line.

I love Jeter's calming presence as a leader even when the clock is stopped.
Smith is much more composed this year. He's still going to dribble off his foot.
Baker is golden for the next couple years. What a get for us.
