its pretty much self explanatory - i dont care for them

however, i do like the curtain of distraction, but not because of the obvious, its just so perfect for the derelicts at f*ck ASU...i almost cant believe it every time i see it but they honestly think its cool and they are cool.

Looks like a complete tear down. The light rail is going into what would've been the roof of the mall.

the apartments over retail to that scale are institutional, sexy expensive projects. i do hope it turns out well with good tenants cause its a cool area, a terrific grocer would be beneficial.
