Last year's uniforms were better, just like basketball. Nike fucking with perfection and leaving crap to look like crap (football). Real frustrating.

i don't see any difference...they look the same as the uniforms we were using last year and a decade ago.

They're not huge differences, but they did change it up. They don't look awful by any means, but there was also really no reason to change them at all quite frankly. I'm just happy they didn't give them the gradient treatment.

SS - Louis Boyd - Sr.
LF - Cal Stevenson - Jr.
CF - Jared Oliva - Jr.

SP - JC Cloney - Sr.
SP - Tylor Megill - Jr.
SP - Cody Deason - So.
Closer - Cameron Ming - Jr.

Going to be depending on a lot of talented newcomers it looks like.

Full version here. This definitely has shades of the football videos to it (especially since the schedule poster is same theme), but I hope it's just the baseball guys being baseball guys. They did a lot of videos and other fun last season, I think we just have a good culture in the program.

EDIT: Apparently this came from the team and Sawyer Gieseke, so we are probably safe for now.

There's a lot of unknowns. Our coach is in his second year and brought in one of our best recruiting classes. But we lost two draft picks, Mandy Alvarez to the Yankees and Kyle Nowlin to the A's.

I'd say it will be a rough year. In the past we have relied on offense this year we will rely on defense.

Pitching is certainly a concern at this point. No offense to our new EKU friend, but for multiple pitchers just unable to get the job done and giving up 13 runs and 17 hits to EKU is a bad sign.

I honestly have no idea who starts tomorrow. Labaut or Gomez I guess?

After today my friend I'd say you guys rely on your offense over your defense or at least if you do that'll make me feel a whole lot better about today's game.

Johnson said he still has full confidence in Tylor Megill. He'll get another shot I'm sure.

Rio Gomez started today. Michael Flynn is likely the starter tomorrow is my guess.

Agreed, it has to rock your confidence when you lose a large lead, especially with a young club like yours. One would think though that in the long run playing us tough will bode well in your conference

One could only hope so. We upset Mississippi State and Kentucky last season and fell flat in conference play.

I thought EKU had us this game. Tough break Colonel, but you got a good team there. Good luck the rest of the season.

As far as we go...fielding (wtf) and pitching need big improvement. I love having Ming as a sure thing closer, but at this point he's by far and away the 2nd best pitcher on this staff and I don't know if we can survive without him starting Saturday or Sunday. Hopefully we figure out a solid starting rotation.
