It was his cousin as well to boot. He's been classified under the sex offender class very likely not to repeat so all he had to do was check in with the state in his birthday and he didn't do it.

Guy went from a top 100 pick to very likely going undrafted in a 40 round draft cause of that mistake. Obviously no one will condone his previous actions, but if he'd received the proper counseling and has been on the straight and narrow path should this kid have his livelihood ruined before it ever starts? Such a shitty situation.

On a side note I get being 15 years old and full of sexual curiosity, but good lord fingering a girl that young never remotely crossed my mind let alone one I'd be related to. Just wow.

Did not get drafted. Oregon State is in the College World Series and Heimlich is allowed to pitch if he wants.
