Unless some sort of lawsuit emerged I don't think this affects Stanley's decision to return or not. These guys don't appear to be affiliated with the school in any way and I'm sure Stanley has had his fair share of experience with these types growing up.

How do these a-holes even get allowed into the party? And no one else says anything or stands up for the players? I don't get it. Although from the one tweet is looks like Rondae refused to fight the guy. He's 6'7 and scared? No he's 6'7 and smart. He's going to be making millions while you deal drugs and pimp out your chicks to pay your trailer park rent.

Exactly. He's 6'7" with a few million reasons to not engage. I imagine this will get taken care of in time.

My son tells me Corey played basketball at Santa Rita.
His crew was always getting into fights, once with a bunch of Cienega athletes .

My son said he didn't see it, but word was someone came up from behind Rondae and jumped him/hit him. After that, he said he saw people running away, and saw Stanley hitting someone.

Maybe I'm in the minority, but man I hated those pool parties.

I think we all remember a certain football walk-on getting caught doing something pretty unsavory. But my experience at those events was a bunch of GDIs, wannabes and creeps staring people down, trying to lay it down on drunk chicks, and an altogether unpleasant experience. I loved U of A but watching a bunch of Pima goons start fights with Delashaun Dean didn't move the needle for this guy.

Can't believe Miller hasn't placed a gag order on these "sponsored events" or that the promotors haven't gotten smart enough to ask for Student IDs at the door. They've only been having the same problems for 10 years at the Standard.

It's Tucson, no way around this nonsense. You can have guys at the door checkin IDs, these guys are still gonna find their way in, or the bouncers gonna get shot at or fought with, or they are just going to hang in the parking lot and mess w people on their way out. Always one bird at a party with a low self esteem that associates with scum and invites them over in hopes of some pipe when shes done w her zimas at the end of the night. I was born and raised here, went to a school most would consider ghetto, and I probably saw more guns and left more parties to the sound of gunfire at u of a parties than any other parties combined.

At the end of the day, I'm glad our guys are safe, regardless of whatever legal consequences/team consequences come out of this, if anything at all. I'm sure its not the first time they have come across losers with nothing to lose, but they are going to have to deal w jealous men the rest of their lives.

It might be time to update the Zima reference. Us old guys that are still trying to decipher these tweets are on board, but the young bucks probably had to Google it. They stopped selling it in the US in 2008 when Stanimal was 12 years old.

And I remember the Wildcat House being the place for a good shooting on a Saturday night back in the day.
