Trey Mason has been recovering from a knee injury.DiehardDave37 wrote:Thanks for mentioning that. I missed it.azcat49 wrote:Anybody find it interesting that his roomie, Trey Mason has also been in civies as well.
Irish?
I did wonder why the new walk-on was getting garbage time and Trey wasn't. I was about to ask about him when I saw that someone picked Mason in RAP.
The plot thickens. My new guess is that they got into trouble together.

I think it is an academic matter. We probably won't know anything more until January.Merkin wrote:If it was something Pitts did, wouldn't it be announced as ""violating Department of Athletics policy" or "breaking team rules" instead of a "personal matter"?

I must be dense because I have no clue.
Re: Pitts
Me and a few others alluded to it when the thread started, he's gotta be down about something personally or family-related, or even medical-grade. It's hard to give 100% of yourself for hoops or school when other things are on your mind keeping you from peace. Completely understandable and I hope he feels better soon.

Thanks. Now please say nah to my guess of getting into trouble with his roomie Mason. I don't want him to have family or medical problems either, but that happens in life, and we can't control it. We can control our behavior.97cats wrote:nahaz91 wrote:

I'm going to try to quit probing this subject. I don't see anything to be gained by it. I'll know when I know.

So, repeated cow tipping, I presume.SCCats wrote:So just before the game I was told what one of the higher up boosters who might be in the know thought it was.
Probably not worse than medical condition. Probably worse than bad grades, but that's my opinion.

I'd picked Trey because i have little clue about the goings on. I am from the opposite side of the globe.DiehardDave37 wrote: I did wonder why the new walk-on was getting garbage time and Trey wasn't. I was about to ask about him when I saw that someone picked Mason in RAP.

Thank you for the link. The fails were hilarious. So what went wrong for Pitts on Sunday and Monday?

Maybe I'm reading way too much into this all but if the kid is struggling with mental health issues I have absolutely zero problems with CSM benching him but also keeping him around and giving him a chance to work through it. Even Rat Face at Duke did that with one of his players.97cats wrote:New Year's Day can be the Pitts

Not mental. My new guess is that he is disJOINTed for a specified period because he was caught in the WEEDs with Mary Jane smoking pot.LBdCactus wrote:Maybe I'm reading way too much into this all but if the kid is struggling with mental health issues I have absolutely zero problems with CSM benching him but also keeping him around and giving him a chance to work through it.
