The Ayton stuff seems to rest 100% on Franklin Sr. as a witness to actually delivering. He tweeted some texts about a meetup and what looks like Franklin withdrawing money (the bank records were redacted like a mofo).
Beyond that...well, Avenatti might have done us a favor with the extortion plot. He sort of killed a lot of the credibility apect of a lot of this.
The best was originally Yahoo ran a story that stated something like
"Avenatti shows payment to Ayton to get him to come to Arizona"
They got killed by Arizona fans on twitter for it and rightfully so and changed the article headline as there is zero link between Nike paying Ayton $10K and him going to Arizona in what Avenitti produced

Given the subpoena was sent would that mean the judge will allow those coaches to take the stand? Seems the defense would have to submit the names and the judge would have to allow for those to be sent ?

No. A subpoena isn't a guarantee of testimony, just a method parties obtain attendance.
There are a number of steps in between a subpoena and actual testimony.

But if there was one thing that was always lame about Vitale, it was his virtue signaling. He doesn't have a clue. And even the LSU fans are all roasting him over it.

I follow LSU's main board, Tigerdroppings. For that board's ups and downs in other ways, their united hatred for Vitale is hard to dislike. They have a large fanbase that mobilized to attack him and they aren't buying this apology BS.
Of course, here at Arizona, we're still pending that apology part.

The prosecution made a motion to stop the defense from subpoenaing Miller. The judge is supposedly going to be ruling on that this Friday, per ESPN report.
