What was the conflict of interest?
I have missed that detail in all of this.

He used to do work with a company that worked with/for universities and that was over 5 years ago. So it's a shoddy accusation needless to say.Postmaster wrote: ↑Thu Feb 29, 2024 10:08 pm What was the conflict of interest?

IMNSHO, in any corporate structure, whenever a board member (especially and officer of the board) also has a management role in the organization, there is a potential for, and generally an appearance of, conflict of interest.ChooChooCat wrote: ↑Sat Mar 02, 2024 7:39 amHe used to do work with a company that worked with/for universities and that was over 5 years ago. Yup. Also, there were some odd things with the Ashford trx that some watchers believe are trying to be tampered down by the ABOR members that were Robbins champions.
Re: Arizona AD- Desiree Reed-Francois
An example is why should Robbins (a state employee) have received a cash bonus when the deal closed? The whole inventive structure is fucked up and should be flagged as a reason why the blazing red flags were intentionally ignored.
