Jackson-Cartwright, Ristic cleared to practice

Arizona Wildcats backup point guard Parker Jackson-Cartwright has been cleared for his first full-contact practice today,
though it isn’t certain he will play Thursday against USC.
UA coach Sean Miller said today that both Jackson-Cartwright and center Dusan Ristic have been cleared to practice starting today, the first day UA has practiced since its win at Washington State on Sunday.
While Jackson-Cartwright has been out since suffering a concussion on Jan. 28 against Oregon, Ristic contracted a bacterial infection in his throat and missed the Wildcats’ trip to Washington last weekend.
“
We’ll see how (Jackson-Cartwright) does moving toward the weekend,” Miller said. “Dusan’s feeling much, much better.”
Ristic lost 10 pounds and was hospitalized for two days last week, but Miller said not having to travel to Washington allowed him to recover quicker.
"He’s been able to get both feet on the ground," Miller said.
Miller also said both Rondae Hollis-Jefferson and T.J. McConnell are fine after both appeared to be banged up during Sunday's telecast of the WSU-UA game.
"I don’t even know," Miller said. "People told me Rondae got hurt. I don’t remember."
