If it were indeed something like an inhaler, that would be the stupidest shit I have ever heard in my life. Directly from the NCAA's website - "Weak evidence exists that beta-2 agonists may improve performance as a stimulant, and for this reason athletes must obtain approval for their use."

I don't know about you guys, but "weak evidence" is the best kind and certainly a good reason to possibly ruin a young man's playing career and education. I don't care if Bryce Alford got popped on this, I would still be outraged. I don't remember this, or "large doses of caffeine" being banned when I played, must be a new thing.

It is prescription medication 100%. And he will be suspended for the year even though he got said medication from a doctor.

The players are told, reminded and told again to not take anything, from a doctor or otherwise, unless they clear it with team doctors. Trier knew this and took it anyway. That is all the NCAA cares about, he is 100% at fault.

If he had a prescription and it is indeed for an asthma inhaler being suspended for the year is beyond idiotic. Dumb on Trier's part for not getting it cleared, but idiotic on the NCAAs part for even considering such a harsh stance for something so minor.

If this is true, a suspension is BS, and saying Trier is 100% at fault is also BS.

Not telling team docs is in no way, shape or form what drug policies are aimed at. I'd hesitate to even say there's fault there. If he took a prescribed med and can produce the script, at worst he deserves a strong reminder and maybe to sit an exhibition.

Drug policies are there to deter illegal use and PED use, not to trip someone on a technicality if the fail to report a prescription.

If this is true.

The NCAA does not care, if they let this slide they have to let everything slide, which they cannot do. It is his responsibility to get all medications cleared. He did not do that. There is nothing Miller or any one else can do. It does suck but that is how it goes. They are appealing right now but that will not help.

Be patient grasshopper, you will see that everything I post here is true. Obviously if I spelled it all out for you ladies I would no longer have a source that trusted me. Just be patient.

I'll defer to your knowledge about ways to enlarge your penis. Is that connected to the racist posts on the political board at all?

And even if he did have some knowledge of the circumstances regarding the original issue I find it very hard to believe that he would know any of the details about the appeal itself and the case made and certainly impossible to know for certain what the NCAA's decision and the final outcome will be.

Wait a minute...the guy who is the first person to claim to know exactly what is going down & how it's going to play out also just called for a White America on this board today?

Holy Shit man.

I'm not saying he doesn't know....but I can confidently say I'll wait for a second voice after reading that.

Maybe that's true. You're also clearly either nutty or doing a bad job of trolling - either of which make anything you say highly unbelievable whether it's actually true or not. You get that, right?

I'm not aware of a single doctor that can prescribe the "drug" in question, considering it's not FDA approved.

You will not find out anything At best Miller will deliver a statement that he is suspended for violation of team rules. That is all they can disclose per student privacy policy.
