UCLA losing makes the sting of yesterday a little less painful.

Also, after watching the Coach K slobberfest of the last year, I really respect the way Roy Williams retired even more.

I feel bad, I totally wrote Hubert Davis off and never thought he could get the Tar Heels rollin. They're legit. I'm curious to see what they do. And yeah, Roy went out the right way. Can't stand the whole Coach K lovefest.

ucla underachieved this year. Basically, every preseason expectation they had...*we* actually met. They had their entire team back from last year and couldn't even win their own league. Kinda pathetic.

Their Lilliputian coach isn't getting back to the Final Four.

Definitely Remy Martin in the elite 8.

And that he's having such good games. An he annoys me.

You think that's bad? You wouldn't believe what they've been saying about Benn and Kerr and Coach Lloyd the last few days. ucla fans are the crankiest, most delusional bunch of yahoos I've ever encountered among college hoops fans. But their average age is probably well over 70, so it's hard to get too mad at our geriatric neighbors.

What a great game. Congrats to North Carolina (who has won 17 straight games against the Pac 12 by the way). Just shows you how awful the Pac 12 really is when you compare it to real conferences. Congrats to UCLA on a great season as well. I really like their players. Confident and composed. They battled injuries all year and still made a great run. Coach Cronin and his team deserve a lot of credit. Caleb Love was on fire tonight. I enjoyed the show he put on tonight. This game is an example of what blue blood programs do.

UCLA had everyone back from a FF appearance and lost to an 8 seed in the S16 and you applaud them.

You ripped an Arizona team that was unranked preseason for losing in the S16 to a 5 seed (top 5 Kenpom) and won the Pac-12 RS/tourney and took 2 out of 3 from UCLA. Also with two big injuries.

You're no Arizona fan.

Yeah. When was the last time an offensive juggernaut won the title? Feels like defensive dominance has taken teams further lately.

The fact you play against stronger competition in the Tourney plus the officiating is not as tight will lend to lower scores.

That stat does not surprise me.

Of course Houston chooses this game against Nova to score less than a point a minute.

Used up all their threes on us.

As much as we all despise Bilas and his comments on more fouls need to be called, when you watch a game like this you know he is right. No flow at all and both teams just putting bodies on every drive, every cutter and every shot. No Rhythm at all

It will turn into major league baseball and they’ll lose viewers. 94 combined points in an elite eight game is embarrassing. They got big ratings with the last two years not being the same, but they’ll have similar problems in future years if this is what happens.

This tournament really turned to shit this second weekend.

Objectively speaking, Duke, Villanova, unc, and Kansas Really exciting…Whoopie

Why didn’t we get seeded in Kansas’s spot as number 2 overall if we couldn’t be in the west?

I still maintain we should have been in the west over the zags.

I hope Duke blows these guys out. Run them out of the arena for all I care. These grind it out, low scoring, sloppy teams are really getting on my nerves. That Houston/Nova game was horrific. 94 points combined. Just absolutely awful to watch. The NCAA needs to take measures to speed games up and clean games up. It can't happen soon enough.

I have zero emotional investment in this year's F4.

I'd like to see Tommy get a home-and-home scheduled with one of these four, though.
