You enjoy the stench of your own farts, don’t you?

What the hell are you talking about?
You can be a fan and look practically at this year's team and realize they're not that good. That's not giving up on them OR Miller.
This team will be lucky to make the tournament. They're gonna lose some games against some weak teams, especially on the road because they don't have enough talent or depth for 40 minutes. If Miller leads this team to a conference title, he should be sainted.

Miller either has the worst luck in the entire world or more likely he is a horrible developer of talent and an awful in-game coach whose whole team together is rarely if ever greater than the sum of its parts.
Since this epic post, ASU has managed to lose at home to Princeton and blow a 17 point lead at home to Utah. Gold, Jerry, GOLD!!!!

No one was talking about the game coming up. No one has any faith but me with this team. They make the tournament I guarantee it.

Seems about right. We are ok, but don't have a to of good opponents left and haven't killed it with the ones we have. It depends on how other bubble teams do too.
If the season ended today, I think we have a tournament resume. The question is how many other teams do too?
It seems like popular sentiment has turned against the way Randolph is playing, meanwhile all I wanted during the Rado game was for him to get the ball more (and conversely for Smith to get it less).

Randolph is one of two players on Arizona who can really make the difference on both ends - he’s a fantastic player with loads of potential and natural skill.
he’s just immature right now and is kind of an air-head - a Ding Dong if you will

Smith is shooting 24% his last 5 games, which really isn’t a slump for him. He took 9 shots vs Colorado, 2nd on the team. That shouldn’t happen. Jeter needs more touches, like every possession.
I agree 100%. The offense needs to start with Jeter. We barely utilized Jeter in the Colorado game. Our guards were passing it around until the shot clock was down to nothing.

I cannot agree with this statement enough. I fear me yelling at CSM about this. The team energy level when he came in during the first half was palpable. Yes, in the second half, his deficiencies were also on display, but goodness that kid brought energy, speed, and desire. Lack of these is what annoyed me beyond description during the Baylor game.
While I think Jeter should get his share of touches he is no Ayton by any means so I would rather the guards pick and choose when he gets the ball. If he has good position down on the block fine because he has great footwork.
I thought Smith created some decent looks against 'Rado - it's not like he's jacking up 3's all over the place. He just needs to stop the Michael Jordan double-pump shit and finish cleanly at the rim. And he plays good D and rebounds well.
It's going to be by committee the rest of the way depending on the opponent and it's actually not that bad having multiple options at the 1-3 positions especially with DD in the rotation.
Miller has plenty of options when someone is being a super "Ding Dong'.

I take it back. I see now.

Great win. Utah shot 57% from the floor. To beat a team with a hot hand like that is huge. We’re gonna stumble plenty this season but need to win games like that at home.
So I'd be happy if Baylor was our only bad loss, we did play like poopy that day.
Arizona State might have the most surprisingly anemic history in men's basketball of any program that you might think is better than it is.

On the seven-year anniversary of our overtime win at home over a mediocre Colorado, on the controversial wave-off of Sebastiano Chen’s shot at the end of regulation. That’s just where we are again. That season ended in the first round of the NIT. I’m celebrating in blind, sick hope that this time, maybe things will go better. I deserve it. I’m special.
Oregon just lost to the Beavs at home. I’m feeling pretty pragmatic these days. A win is a win. Especially when the league is disintegrating around you.
Really? I thought that was a year we were good, wasn't that the Mark Lyons year? With Zeus, Ashley, and Jarrett.

Zeus and Ashley for sure. As freshmen. The others came the following year. Solomon Hill was in bullish takeover mode after DW left. The year before we crushed Duke in the Sweet 16.

You're missing a year. We went to the NIT with Josiah, Fogg, NJ, Solo and Perry starting. That was the year after Elite 8 with DWill.
The year after the NIT, Lyons, Zeus, Ashley and Jerrett showed up, we beat Rado with the Chen shor and went to the Sweet 16.

Also the year we beat Florida, which was one of the best games ever.

No Machina I won’t ban him for this. It’s a legitimate question. Please answer the question

I think the difficulty the mods and community are having is that you are indeed a very unpleasant person to have around. Some unpleasant people are worth it. Maybe someone here thinks you are. To be fair, maybe your PM box really is full of fan mail.

It’s really hard to ignore machina when he is such a cunt in what he says that you guys have to all quote him all the time
It’s like he rents space in my brain or he pays property taxes on my brain or he says such stupid shit all the fucking time so I can never get away from him.
And oh nice win today even though it didn’t count since it’s not the elite 8 yet
Have we fired miller yet?
