With Kansas recruiting both Nnaji and Robinson-Earl too, do you think this recruiting situation becomes first to commit to either school and remaining to the other school situation?
Nah, I think Kansas lands both barring a change of heart. At the moment we're probably running 2nd for Nnaji and 3rd for Robinson-Earl. Maybe the Red/Blue game changes that, but I doubt it.
What about Matthew Hurt? Doesn't Kansas lead for him too? Can't imagine they get all 3 of these guys right?
Likely lose Udoka, D. Lawson and probably De Sousa. KJ Lawson, who can play the 4 could leave as well, but he's more a 3. That would mean we would return Lightfoot and McCormack. Plenty of room for all three.

Just that all three seem perfect for the four spot, though I could see Self pitching Hurt on a Svi-like role (playing the three) while the other two can play both post positions.

I'll believe it when I see it re: Udoka going to the NBA this year. Don't think any NBA scouts are clamoring for his skillset. I'd also be surprised if both Lawson's go pro after this year, I would guess KJ is not good enough after this year to justify leaving early.

Udoka will be the best big in college this year and what NBA team doesn't want a player who will get position in the post and be automatic? All he really needs to show this year is a commitment to go out and grab rebounds. KJ Lawson could leave to play overseas, like Tarczewski and the other bigs who choose to play at UA.

Yeah like DeAndre Ayton.

The NBA has never been less interested in traditional back to the basket guys. Udoka needs to show some variety to his offensive game and improve his shotblocking and rebounding to be a hot commodity.

Yeah he needs to improve his condition and his shooting touch most of all, I think. Great that he's so efficient around the rim right now, but like Spiff says: that's not the NBA game. He'll be expected to run the floor and finish above the rim, and defend the PnR in the high post while maintaining rim protection.

Woh didn't know that. Green transferred from Hillcrest Prep to IMG in Sept 2017
That logo is a blast from the past. Could someone ban me please, for old times sake?

His family still lives in Phoenix, which obviously paid dividends in our recruitment of him.

I've described it as "Nico and Josh get a homecoming in AZ before heading off to the NBA." They both moved out of state in HS to step towards their dream of playing in the league. Dope that they get to come home as part of that process.

Nico is still playing at Pinnacle this year, so Nico never left the state.

So who's visiting Red/Blue? Mannion, Green, Robinson-Earl, is that it?

I had a funny feeling I was totally wrong about Nico and went with the old "I could google it but I'll just let this fly."

If I'm Arizona I honestly tell Robinson-Earl good luck and have Mannion and Green help us focus on recruiting Zeke since our odds with him are considerably better than they are for Robinson-Earl. We wouldn't take both anyways, so I don't get the point in having both come in at the same time.

Andrew Slater picked Arizona in the crystal ball recently, but Jason Scheer picked Kansas a day before that pick so, I guess Kansas.
Is that an actual high school game? Where players randomly wear whatever color of shorts they feel like?

They're playing at the new "PHHacility" in phoenix, looks like a scrimmage. That new basketball facility is pretty nice, a lot of showcases will be held there through out the year.

Looked like an exhibition-style thing. They did have the running score like a game but were wearing practice gear.

Armstrong looks good, needs to settle in on defense and stop over committing on pump fakes.
