Didn't see this elsewhere.....they are confirming that the $12 ticket deal on Dec 12 is going to happen again.

Have done this the past 2 years and the seats are not horrible. Leaves more money for booze & gambling.

If you haven't been to a PAC tourney, you should go. Vegas is awesome when covered in red and blue.

The PAC tourney is a ton of fun.
Excuse my time zone ignorance but that's 11am Arizona on 12/12 Arizona, right?

Absolutely the best trip. If you can be there, do it. Won't ever miss it in my lifetime, whatever is left of it. Just have to get Scott up on that podium giving the trophy to GB ( Miller would probably pass on accepting it from thst bastard)

For anybody coming up here to Las Vegas for the PAC-12 Tournament, if you want discounted rooms, send me a message with your first and last name, an email address, and number of rooms you want. I'll send you a link for a friends and family offer. (The link requires that information before I can send it) This is actually good for any time, not just for the tourney.

I will throw it. Dosia will tell you we like to party and we always have a great time. We have a suite and we can paint it red and blue and blow it out. We Cat fans already own the MGM anyway. We had a get together with DC and 97 and a bunch of scout posters but it ws really low key. Felt like a Wazzu-OSU bball game. We need to crank it up

There's one at the Monte Carlo called The Pub that has a pretty big selection. And it's right across the street from the MGM. Decent food too.

Would there be interest in a message board golf outing? That's pretty much what I do so I could help set it up in any format there was interest.
From something really small like range balls & putting course & drinks to a little more involved on a Par 3 course that takes an hour and a half to the whole she-bang of an 18 hole event.
I don't think we have a lot of golfers but I know we have a lot of guys who like to get together & drink. I could comp small stuff & get a killer deal if more than a few wanted to block off tee times. We'd really only be paying for drinks or bargain golf fees. I'm not trying to generate a bunch of revenue or anything. Just would enjoy giving back if guys would dig it.
If there's anyone who thinks the idea is interesting let me know via private message so we don't hijack this thread & if a couple people like it I can start another thread or something.

Funny you mention Shadow - I caddied there on extra board in the late 90's for 9 months before I moved to the casino side. And uh - no. Not for less than full rate. Still know some of the full time caddies & the head pro though. Once you get a full time gig there you're pretty much never looking for work.
Nice place!

That would be great. I golf a little. Is there top golf in Vegas? I remember Calloway had a golf place right of the freeway on Las Vegas BLVD.

I've been to three Arizona games in the last two years, and two of them were losses to UCLA in the Pac-12 tournament. Getting sick of this shit.

Lute used to lose on purpose to show his displeasure for the PAC tourney, and also to rest his players for the real tourney.
Remember when he let Lavin beat the Cats due him liking Lavin and Lavin getting fired as soon as the season ended?
