McKale electric tonight

Post by TheGreatCatsby »

Was at the game and the crowd was just on fire all game, oppressive on Utah and the refs. Utes came out with focus and attention, but by about midway through the first half could see them losing concentration and execution in that atmosphere. It helped TJ was killing it the first half, then Stanley was a bull all second half.

Great atmosphere tonight, felt prime time and happy to be a Wildcat fan. Not many places in the whole country have what we have right here. Hopefully RichRod was able to persuade a few recruits as well tonight.

a game played in any other arena doesn't deliver the win.

Such a loud, intelligent, and relentless crowd. You could see how it was wearing down Utah in at the end of the first and helping fuel the mid first half come back.

Love how the players often acknowledge the Zoo after a big emotional play or and one at that end.
Must be pretty freaking awesome to be a player with Arizona across your chest playing in that packed arena.

Miller stated as much that the McKale crowd was intellegent in his presser.

I dunno about Duke at #1.

We'll see how dedicated and passionate they are in the post-K years.

Certainly, not above UofA especially considering how well we travel. Tough to get a dedicated fan base when you can only pack 9K into a stadium with tickets going at 150 for entry for a garbage game (see Georgia Tech tonight. Wanted to go to get Cameron indoor off my bucket list, but forget that). And it only gets steeper from there.

Two Miller schools in the top five!!!! Go figure.

Also, how is Duke number one? This was about best fans NOT annoying students.

I haven't seen an atmosphere like the one in McKale for the Zags game in like...well, forever.
I fly like a hawk, or better yet an eagle--a seagull. I sniff suckers out like a beagle...My ego is off and running and gone, Cause I'm about the best and if you diss than that's wrong
