Hearing on twitter some of our guys are wearing them tonight in honor of JT. Pretty cool. Rondae, one blue one white.

I understand Jason studiously avoided mentioning Lute in his remarks. Any truth?

Lute was standing right next to him but JT did not actually thank him in his speech

It's really a shame Arizona has had to live through mediocre coaches such as Lute Olson and Sean Miller.

Just watched the speech from the post in the game thread. They cut him off before he was finished, he paused for applause, then began to say something more just as they cut him off, then he grabbed the mic back to thank the fans at least.

I'm not privy to any information that says JET and Lute have any bad feelings between them. I'd have to assume he was going to thank Lute before they cut him off. Unless someone with insider knowledge wants to shed light that suggest otherwise?

That's what I want to know. Thanking Coach Freakin Tennis Player Roz, but no O? This had to be an oversight. Lute was smiling and clapping the whole time.

Aside: Lute looked great!

Some guy on spacebook last night, a cameraman, said he filmed JT after that speech. Someone asked him the single most important thing to him from his time here, and he said Lute Olson. Seems all is well, just the way things fell I guess.

Say, what's up with Damon looking so glum. Thinking "that would be me if Lute didn't hate"?
