The "or's" should be "and's".

If it's not out in the open yet, it must be pretty minor. No way something big stays under wraps this long.

If it happens, and nobody is saying it will... it is anything but minor...

It's so minor that it doesn't even warrant mention by *any* media outlet or twitter handle.

One doesn't have anything to do with the other. I'm guessing WA gets flipped to Rivals or Fox keeps it. Low overhead, steady subscriber base, good potential for growth, etc.

Your ignorance is masked by false confidence. If what was reported as possible actually happens, you'll be the first to freak the fuck out.

That's a really lame list.

But Fuxk Larry Scott and his peanuts:

Per its contract with ESPN and Fox, any new Big 12 teams are guaranteed the existing annual revenue. That number is now $30 million per team (including College Football Playoff and NCAA Tournament distribution).
That number should grow to $43 million by 2025.

tom fornelli ranks them like that, but i'd venture that the way the big 12 would rank them in the order they would want them is:

1.houston
2.memphis
3.ucf
4.cincinnati
5.byu

CSM isn't leaving, there are no eligibility issues or injuries, the roster is intact...this is not going to affect Arizona Hoops in a significant way. I have no idea if it involves the athletic department more generally, or if there's some NCAA infraction, which I doubt. But short of this, the panic in this thread is greatly exaggerated.

There's nothing in this super secret big news that will impact Arizona basketball during the 2016-17 season, for those of you following this.

Earlier in this thread you posted that this sounds serious. I don't know what's going on, but I do know it's either serious or not serious, so I have that going for me.
