I'll wait to see them, but getting rid of the stripes better not be the side stripes. The early 00's uniforms should just be updated in cut, but that is too good a look.

I heard there are going to be a ridiculous amount of variations in our uniforms this year. So even if we see uniforms on thursday those will not be the only new digs we get.

Look at the uniforms released by Ohio State last week. The cut and design will be similar to those and the team USA uniforms.

Saw this on the sportslogos.net website

No pics yet, but Arizona will be wearing the Vapor template beginning this season, with redesigned uniforms. There will be 8 uniforms this season, the regular white, red and blue, along with a USS Arizona uniform (a tribute like they did in football vs. Hawaii), a pink breast cancer awareness uniform, camo vs. Michigan State in the season opener in Hawaii, what was described to me as a solid white or "stormtrooper" uniform for a whiteout game, and another that has yet to be shown but more than likely a HyperElite. The only thing that Arizona wanted to keep on the uniform was the traditional 'CATS' down the leg of the shorts.

so 8 different basketball combos this year. hmm

Better look at just the red one. Surprised that the gradient thing has survived this long and has now migrated to the BB unis. They look kind of like board/surf shorts. I do kind of like the white trim/piping stripe for some reason. The alternates are all okay for their respective purposes I guess.

Didn't they make a big deal about the last uniforms, that we brought back part of our history? And then that gets discarded.

Wish that the gray stripes on the whites were red and blue to fit better.

About the state ones, why not use blue like football did? Then it won't look like it belongs in McKale north.

Summary: 7 new uniforms, 7 that I don't like. And I've actually been ok with the football ones.

I was waiting for the actual jerseys to give my opinion. I def like them better seeing the actual jerseys

They all look like the sort of thing I could stomach as a one game alternate, but as a primary...

We're allowed to think they suck. I know I don't impact Arizona basketball, I just think those new uniforms are a mess.

Our black uniform is just a good way for the pink to stick out for the Yow breast cancer awareness stuff. That jersey is totally acceptable as a one off and makes a lot more sense than the copper obsession we have. We'll probably only wear those for the two ASU games if I had to guess.

I thought the gray/silver jerseys we had were pretty great. I'm sad to see those go and in place get two Copper uniforms. Either way my biggest beef is the gradients. It's fine for the blue jerseys to be blue with red trim and the red jerseys to be red with blue trim, but I digress.
