I am trying to think back to the 2013-2104 team with AG. I feel like this years team has a better resume of the top of my head. We had worse losses that year and not as many good wins like this years team has. I could be totally wrong

13-14 was better, IMO. Duke neutral court, Michigan/SDSU on the road. We don't have anything like that in OOC this year. In conference, there were fewer chances, but we beat UCLA at Pauley.
Duke and Michigan were top ten at the end of the year, SDSU was 13 and UCLA was 20. I didn't look to that second tier, but even with the UCLA Pac tourney loss, we were 4-1 vs top 20 opponents, which is better than this year.
