I watched Bates tape the other day. Good lord, he looks like a young Durant.NYCat wrote:Looks like 2021 will be the last one and done recruiting class.
2022 has Emoni Bates & LeBron's kid so those players will definitely go pro with the 2021 one and done class. Still think quite a bit of non top 15-20 kids will still go to play some college.
More like Nathan Brittle amirite?Beachcat97 wrote:Bittle is 6'10, 175. That's skinny!
Hadn't heard of him, 6'5" SG out of Australia (via New Zealand)... whole family played D1 sports in the US at one point or another. Baylor and Arizona have visits scheduled. More here.goslingswagg wrote:Mojave King visiting October 8th-11th...would be a huge get.
I'd feel better about landing his brother, Sonoran King.goslingswagg wrote:Mojave King visiting October 8th-11th...would be a huge get.
he's a legitimate 5-star quality player btw...future NBA guy. would love if he re-classed to 2020 also.YoDeFoe wrote:Hadn't heard of him, 6'5" SG out of Australia (via New Zealand)... whole family played D1 sports in the US at one point or another. Maybe his brother Hawaiian King can set up a food truck with some great pulled pork sandwiches on his signature rolls!Spaceman Spiff wrote:I'd feel better about landing his brother, Sonoran King.goslingswagg wrote:Mojave King visiting October 8th-11th...would be a huge get.
Bibby doesn't help recruiting in the slightest. If his presence at Hillcrest amounts to a net zero it'd be the best case scenario.luteformayor2 wrote:Does Bibby at Hillcrest Prep help us now with any of their 5 star players?
Can you explain this? Is he on the outs with the UofA?ChooChooCat wrote:Bibby doesn't help recruiting in the slightest. If his presence at Hillcrest amounts to a net zero it'd be the best case scenario.luteformayor2 wrote:Does Bibby at Hillcrest Prep help us now with any of their 5 star players?
More of a neutral relationship. Bibby is also a colossal asshole, so he may not be the type of guy you want pushing for your school anyways. In general he very likely won't be involved with recruiting on any level.Alieberman wrote:Can you explain this? Hoping Daishen Nix saw Nico play and realizes we have a lot of minutes at the 1 next year at the best basketball program on the west coast. Preferably before he signs that paper.goslingswagg wrote:Hoping Mojave saw that Josh Green performance and saw just how good an Australian can be here...
UCLA is desperate for ball handlers but he sure would have more fun playing amid the McKale Magic rather than in an empty Pauley.gronk4heisman wrote:Hoping Daishen Nix saw Nico play and realizes we have a lot of minutes at the 1 next year at the best basketball program on the west coast. That's a shoe company recruitment, we never had a chance and still don't.gronk4heisman wrote:Hoping Daishen Nix saw Nico play and realizes we have a lot of minutes at the 1 next year at the best basketball program on the west coast. We're going mining down under for our 2021 class that's for sure.goslingswagg wrote:Hoping Mojave saw that Josh Green performance and saw just how good an Australian can be here...
Mojave and Giddey would be beautifulChooChooCat wrote:We're going mining down under for our 2021 class that's for sure.goslingswagg wrote:Hoping Mojave saw that Josh Green performance and saw just how good an Australian can be here...
Put it on the 2020 thread Jefe, he'd be part of that class.Jefe wrote:

Are we supposed to recruit kids with no potential that are somehow already familiar to people like yourself?pc in NM wrote:Another bunch of strangers will all that "potential". eh???

This might be the worst post of the week. However, it’s only Tuesday and Captain Obvious still has time. We’ll call you the clubhouse leader for now.pc in NM wrote:Another bunch of strangers will all that "potential". eh???

Recruiting is a very fickle thing. How many people had heard of Dalen Terry and Ben Mathurin this time last year?RondaeShimmy wrote:saw on premium he's going progoslingswagg wrote:Mojave King visiting October 8th-11th...would be a huge get.
it's early but it seems like recruiting in 2021 is going to be tough, don't really lead with anyone early
i get that but overall it feels like Miller is on shakier/less stable ground this time around, so pretty easy to negatively recruit againstChooChooCat wrote:Recruiting is a very fickle thing. I feel you. Arizona will still land commitments for sure, but honestly they're gonna be nothing to celebrate until they make it on campus.RondaeShimmy wrote:i get that but overall it feels like Miller is on shakier/less stable ground this time around, so pretty easy to negatively recruit againstChooChooCat wrote:Recruiting is a very fickle thing. not to mention the fact that the ncaa handing out it's punishment would almost likely effect the players if it's a post season penalty almost immediately
doesn't seem very stable, add to that the fact that this year with a couple top kids didn't really go as well
