We should get a couple years out of him. Mind you he is older than a normal true freshman, so his clock is shorter, but I think we get a couple years out of him.Dosia wrote:Is the staff expecting Kerr to be a one and done or will we get a couple of years out of him? Getting sick of the one and dones and hoping this class at least gels for two years.
Batcho and the Tubelis bros are still not on campus yet.Merkin wrote:So outside of Williams, every other player is on campus?

If they're not here by next week you can worry.azcat49 wrote:Any reason to worry about that Choo? Just delayed due to travel hopefully
Every thing should be fine.azcat49 wrote:Thx Choo, fingers crossed. I assume that maybe his pro team might be in his ear
Scheer posted Batcho arrived. I have no insider knowledge, but never expected BWill back.NickyBCats wrote:Looks like Tibet Goroner arrived on campus today. That leaves Batcho and Tubelis bro’s. And possibility Bwill?
Last social media post he said, "some things outta my control"NickyBCats wrote:And possibility Bwill?

Yes, if Kriisa is ever made eligible he will see significant minutes.Beachcat97 wrote: ↑Sun Nov 29, 2020 4:31 pmGlad to hear he's heading back.dmjcat wrote: ↑Sun Nov 29, 2020 3:45 pm Kriisa returning to Tucson

Choo or anyone else in the know, is the expectation that Kriisa will see significant minutes as soon as he becomes eligible? Is he good enough to take minutes away from our other rotation guards?
Thanks, Choo. I have a hard time believing they won't clear him, but we'll see.ChooChooCat wrote: ↑Mon Nov 30, 2020 9:11 amYes, if Kriisa is ever made eligible he will see significant minutes.Beachcat97 wrote: ↑Sun Nov 29, 2020 4:31 pmGlad to hear he's heading back.dmjcat wrote: ↑Sun Nov 29, 2020 3:45 pm Kriisa returning to Tucson

You don't sound confident he's going to be able to suit up for us.ChooChooCat wrote: ↑Mon Nov 30, 2020 9:11 amYes, if Kriisa is ever made eligible he will see significant minutes.Beachcat97 wrote: ↑Sun Nov 29, 2020 4:31 pmGlad to hear he's heading back.dmjcat wrote: ↑Sun Nov 29, 2020 3:45 pm Kriisa returning to Tucson

I truly don't know. I do know nobody at Arizona expected this sort of issue. Tubelis literally had the same situation and he was cleared quickly. Kerr also has ex-teammates in the same situation that are eligible as well. It doesn't make sense to any one. It honestly boils down to pure ineptitude (more than plausible) or pure bias. There's no in-between here. If we live in a just world he'll be cleared soon.
That's what I'm saying. Call me foolishly optimistic, but I expect he'll be playing for us sometime in December.
Call me a curmudgeon, but if the necessary condition for his appearance in an Arizona uni is a just world then we will never see the guy play.Beachcat97 wrote: ↑Mon Nov 30, 2020 10:56 amThat's what I'm saying. Call me foolishly optimistic, but I expect he'll be playing for us sometime in December.

It's hard to tell because the NCAA's enforcement motto is "biased ineptitude."ChooChooCat wrote: ↑Mon Nov 30, 2020 10:27 amI truly don't know. I do know nobody at Arizona expected this sort of issue. But the NCAA says he can't leave the airport.
Awesome. Excited to see him play. Thanks for the update, Choo!
Don't get that excited.Beachcat97 wrote: ↑Fri Dec 04, 2020 10:17 amAwesome. Excited to see him play. Thanks for the update, Choo!
My bad. I read Choo's post as "he's cleared and eligible."Spaceman Spiff wrote: ↑Fri Dec 04, 2020 10:30 amDon't get that excited.Beachcat97 wrote: ↑Fri Dec 04, 2020 10:17 amAwesome. Excited to see him play. Thanks for the update, Choo!
Between that and Covid cancellations...who knows, he may not miss another game. Or the NCAA may screw him over for a while more for funsies.Beachcat97 wrote: ↑Fri Dec 04, 2020 10:37 amMy bad. That would be awesome. I'm very optimistic about our potential and Kriisa would only add to that.BeardownZonaZona wrote: ↑Wed Dec 09, 2020 7:43 pm Just read on Twitter from WildcatAuthority and AZ Desert Swarm, Sean Miller believes that Kerr could be cleared by the end of the week. Good stuff guys. This team geling nicely
He was going to be one of the first two guards off the bench. Honestly I think he will mainly cut into Mathurin's minutes, but I don't know for sure. Yes, he is good enough to get minutes now.NickyBCats wrote: ↑Wed Dec 09, 2020 8:12 pm Choo, any idea where Kerr was going to be in line if eligibility was never an issue? Where will his minutes come from? Was he good enough to be getting minutes now if he was eligible?
