It does seem like the way ASU has been playing- we have the hardest matchup of the top 4 teams

Yeah we easily have the hardest matchup. Stanford gave us hell at home and ASU has won 7 of their last 8. If we come out like we did against Colorado we can easily lose to either team.

Don't misunderstand what I am saying. We're not going to lose.

I fully expect Tommy to instill a "Lose And Go Home " attitude into the team

Well Thursday will be a mid-day game

Friday is looking like a late afternoon game as well

And the team we play will have played the day before. And the team we play afterwards would have played the day before just like us.

I'm not understanding the concern or point.

I think UCLA has an easier path than we do but you never know who will heat up. I see an Oregon/UCLA championship game with UCLA winning it. I want us to win it but March is historically an underachieving month for us. If we win great and if we don't I won't be surprised. Pardon me but the multiple elite 8 heartbreaks and early round exits haven't done much for my confidence. I hope CTL can finally break the curse.

Oregon Is the most schizophrenic team in the country. I’m not sure how a sane person could predict they’d win 3-4 games in as many days

Yeah. I'm not at all confident picking Oregon to reach the final, but then, they seem to lose when they're supposed to win, and vice versa. I'd even say ucla has a little of that vibe this year. That team has struggled more than most expected, and don't say injuries because every team has injuries.

I'd say Colorado and ASU are dark horses to win the Pac tourney. But I also love our chances to win three games this week and make the selection committee's choice of #1 overall seed a little harder on Sunday. Will be interesting.

The only thing that seems certain with Oregon is that when we play them, we get their "A" game.

Well they missed the final last year on a miracle shot, and everyone came back. Had some luck along the way though, don't see it happening again.

I can't wait to play ASU on Thursday so we can knock the cockiness out of them. Maybe Hurley will get a T and we'll get a nice show.

You can pretty much substitute any team for Oregon in that sentence.

Pretty much. Revenge on Colorado is the only thing Arizona has to play for in this tournament, unless UCLA makes it to the final as well. That's something to play for because the Arizona and UCLA players actually hate each other. Two different groups of apes, and the most aggressive ape in the trees is Kerr.

I can’t get over how poorly coached Stanford is. They have had some nice classes but not sure anyone does less with more, not even Hurley at ASSU. My guess is Furd will be looking for a coach very soon

Stanford just isn't good enough
