Just talked to a Calabasas booster who all but confirmed it. I have heard he needs to get his life together first and hope he can. If he has, I welcome him. Hopefully Isaiah can help.
Of the 12 coaches, Rush picked the one whose fans have the deepest passion, the longest memories, the greatest lung capacity and … did I mention deep passion?
Text from booster: he was overweight his whole HS career and never got to see full potential. Solid route runner, great hands. Supposedly has lost weight since leaving Nebraska

I think you are reading too much into that. Some people may not want to make public how they feel. Or they may need to get to know the new staff first.

After seeing everything our current players have said the last week, I think the two guys saying no comment are two very intelligent guys. Or they hate Sumlin. But I'd rather imagine the first.
Love getting in state kids, but could someone with more knowledge tell me realistic expectations of this kid? How good is he really?
Great athlete, good runner, average accuracy at best as a passer.
chief and I both think he'll end up at WR.
Good to know. I remember listening to Mike Leach on Pardon My Take and he said the one thing he looks for in recruiting a QB is accuracy. Hardest thing to teach.
Here is to hoping this never happens again... Two for UofA in the top 20, 2 for ASU (a few pending). Should never have that much talent leave the state.

Yup. Arizona is still not a great state for football recruits but if we actually got 4-5 of the top dozen players every year instead of like 1, it'd give us a great head start on good recruiting classes.
i was going to put the ua/asu records here...but i forgot what they were.

Did you guys notice his devious little smile when he said he knew a lot of people in Phoenix in reference to recruiting during the presser? He's gonna own the old man.

Over the past year as 247 transferred from the Scout.com format. They also divided QBs by playing styles.
