Guess I won't be watching it then, since I don't have FS1 as part of my sports package with SlingTV.

You can watch on your computer easily. Just type in vipbox on google and click through like two ads. Don't have a TV package, but can watch whatever game I want.

Thanks for the tips. I can cast from my computer to my big screen TV, so that would be great.

I used this a few times last year, but tended to lag. http://cricsports.sc/fox-sports-1-usa-live-stream" target="_blank

6-5 ASU @ 5-6 Arizona. Stereotypical almost pointless territorial cup game. Typifies in every way our rivalry over the last 40 years.

Before I went to college, ASU fans told me, "U of A fans don't care if they've had a bad season when they play us. Beating us is all that matters that day."

Pretty much defines Thanksgiving time football for me on most years in my life.

I still feel that way! With so many awful bowl games in empty stadiums, beating ASU is all I care about.

I do miss them playing on the Friday after Thanksgiving though. Not sure why they stopped it. Used to be the only game on TV then. Now there is a lot more competition on Saturdays with all the rivalry games.

Mike Stoops was partially right though, this rivalry pales in comparison to others. When I was a kid in Michigan, UM/tOSU was the biggest game of the year in any sport. Winner went to the Rose Bowl, the loser stayed home. No other bowl games for the Big-10 then. The Rose Bowl was just secondary, since the PAC had a home field advantage and cheated by using the forward pass.

Hell, I thought this is what everyone was doing already. Reddit is where the party is at these days, and some of you are late getting there if you're still fighting for quality streams at places like firstrow, vipbox, etc. There's also subreddit's for NFL, MLB, etc. Just go to one of the most upvoted streams and enjoy. Streams sometimes start off choppy and blurry, but that usually clears up within a minute or two. Casting sometimes causes issues, so do yourself a favor and invest in a cheap firestick, and use the firestick's web browser instead.

Ok, so I should have added pre game. Point still stands. I would guess the excuse will probably be something along the lines of we want all the focus on the game. Thats a bunch of garbage IMO. I guess we will see.

So you think they're going to be honored after the game while the entire crowd is leaving or at halftime when adjustments will have to be made? I got some beachfront property in Oklahoma to sell you bud.

Who the hell is making these decisions? The direction of our whole department is headed right down the shitter.

No explanation, no alternative information. This leadership is so hard to support. We all need to email the AD on this. Stupid decision

Only thing that'll get the seniors honored in any way is substantial backlash. At the moment there's NOTHING.

pac-12 screwing UA and ASU

Post by 3rdand25 »

Why is it that the frickin PAC NW schools and Mtn Schools (UTAH, CO) get to enjoy their home field advantage, yet we don't?

We were blown out in 2 road night games at altitude (not really warm) and in the paloose at 9pm to midnight in subfreezing temps. Make these pu__y teams play in the desert when its 95 degress outside.

We aren't allowed to play any games in the heat? Right? So why the F do we have to go on the road and play in freezing weather, snow, all that crap. Seriously, it's like we gladly hand over our home field advantage unilaterally, for NOTHING.

How about some new rules. No Road Games at UTAH, CO, OSU, OREGON, WA, WSU after dark after the month of September?

why make the change at all?

what is wrong with letting parents walk out with their kids on the last home game those kids will ever play?

seems like this type of change only has negatives, and no positives, about it.

It's a financial decision because no one will risk heat stroke to come to watch them. Fans can wear parkas and blankets in cold weather. When it's 95* outside it's got to be 110*+ in that concrete bowl.

Haven't been to a Cup game since 2014...an epic game. Actually did a "drunk roll" on my ankle after. Think I broke it but will never know because I just threw a boot over it. Annoyed because my family knows the asu AD and got 4 suite tickets but I wasn't invited because of my UofA affiliation
