I've been keeping an eye on it and there has been at least a handful of guys working on it at all hours over the past couple of weeks. I think there's still some minor touch ups that won't be complete until between game 1 and game 3, but it'll be more than functional for game 1 still.ASUHATER! wrote:Was wondering if they were actually going to finish it on time. A week ago it was still all torn up with construction equipment and dirt everywhere.

Tell her you'll buy her all the wine she wants!
Re: Arizona Stadium Westside Renovations
Would do it in a heartbeat. She loves the cats and loathe ASSU but she just won't go with me to football games. I think I might have taken it too far on a few occasions

Don't ask machina that
Re: Arizona Stadium Westside Renovations
That skybox was so outdated. A lot of major donors have boxes on that floor and some have given them up for this season

Re: Arizona Stadium Westside Renovations
So we probably won’t win a game this year. Although I still have my hopes to beat ASU…
…isn’t this the year we should be tearing down the west side of the stadium, including the press box, and have it rebuilt while attendance is at low numbers?
I know, I know, we must have revenue and donations to press forward- BUT, this would be a good time.

I suspect next year will be an even better time.
