Salgado-Medina is a 6-3, 215, Freshman kicker/punter from Mission Viejo High School, Mission Viejo, CA. He is a 5 star kicking recruit who may be the future of our special teams, but the question now is will he be our punter this year. Salgado-Medina was 27 for 35 on field goals in high school and made 133 out of 140 extra points. In 78 punts in high school he averaged 37.2 yards per punt with a long of 61 yards. The punting job is still wide open and Salgado-Medina is in the mix.
