Although I imagine the UA would get more coaches turning down the position than UCLA did for their basketball program.
UA football is a career killer, and has been right after Larry Smith left for USC.

Similarly, Sumlin must pay the UA $10 million if he leaves in the first two years of his deal, with those figures dropping to $5 million in Year 3, $3 million in Year 4 and $1 million in Year 5.
