Yep very true. But a lot of games still to be played that will impact this greatly. Win the next two and things will work out very well for UA

can we just go to an actual playoff already like they do in the "lower" divisions. Bowl games suck for the most part anyhow.

I think this year is providing enough ammo for at least an 8 team playoff. I propose P5 champs, highest ranked G5/independent, and 2 at large.

You can get rid of the playoff poll then. Just have the committee select the 5 champs, highest ranked in the regular polls group of 5 champ and then 2 at large that they seed during the selection Sunday process.

538 projection now has Washington moving up over TCU. This may move us up to the Sun/Holiday/Foster Farms.

A couple of projections still have us in Las Vegas with Oregon leapfrogging us to the Foster Farms Bowl.

Normally I would drool for a Vegas bowl. But I want a win. Without knowing if tate can play, I want the latest bowl possible for him to heal.

Schooler wins DFOY and Taylor OFOY.

I just watched the videos of JJ Taylor and Walker Little getting Freshman co-OPOY. I am stunned hearing the voice over press conference from Shaw that Walker Little didn't give up a sack and only one QB pressure this year at LT. If that's true then damn. I'm glad JJ got recognition, but a freshman doing that at LT in a Power 5 conference is unreal to me.

To be honest, my first reaction is “the misery is over for 6 or so months.” And I’m a optimistic type of guy/fan.

Without Tate, the 2017 team was a 4-8 team. Without Tate they are a 3-4 win team next year too.

The without Tate stuff is lazy hating. Without one guy FSU went from title contenders to 6-6
