I will crash at Merkin's place if that's what if I have to do to get to this game.

I live in the central coast, and will be working, so won't be driving up. If I lived there like I used to I would certainly be going.

Cats aren't afraid of Oregon and they know they can compete. Solomon isn't as sharp as e was earlier in the year, but if his ankle holds up he'll play well. Cats have IMO the better coaching staff. The Ducks have the playoff at stake. This will get both teams' best effort, but the Cats have to like their chances. Win this, and they have to be in the conversation for the playoff.

Wish it were being held at AZ stadium, just cause the crowd would be electric.

Cats are going to be motivated to prove a few things: 1) The last two games were not flukes. 2) Our spread is better than their spread. 3) We didn't just back into winning the toughest division in football. 4) Our future Heisman candidates are better than their present one . . . again.

Sadly Santa Clara is way closer to Portland than to Tucson.

Arizona fans will probably be outnumbered 3-1.

And empty seats will outnumber all fans 2-1 at least. Can't imagine they get 50K for this game

Yeah I anticipate about 50k at the game. 18k empty seats, 15k Oregon fans, 5k Arizona fans and a bunch of random bored bay area people. Would be much better if this game was on Saturday like every other major conference.

I'll take neutral field in an area with a decent number of Arizona alumni over Autzen Stadium any day...

Odd point to make in this thread, but it's going to be funny watching the Ducks trot out Ty Burrell to the sidelines this game like he's some kind of good luck charm.

I'm thinking Cat fans show up in surprising numbers.

Great game, Cats!! One more victory over the Ducks and let's see what happens.

Go Cats!!

You guys keep forgetting how many NorCal and SoCal Cats are.

We come out in droves for CAL and Furd games, this is going to be a fucking bat signal.

And portland is like 10 hours drive from SF, Tucson 13...

Just bear the fuck down...

I really doubt there is less than 5000 UA fans. Tons of UA fans from the Bay Area at every ua event in the Bay Area and tons of people from Tucson and Phoenix are going.

Lot of UA alumni in the bay area. Easy flight from Tucson to SJ too.

I predict it will be 40-60 in favor of the ducks percentage wise among people actually in the seats.

I sure hope every single player on Oregon is completely healthy.

Because by God if any player on the Ducks 2-deep has so much as a hang nail, an Arizona win will be another "lucky" victory.

I want Oregon to win tonight. Then it's the perfect setup for this game. Oregon has a chance to get that "Oregon has an Arizona problem" monkey off their back. Arizona has a chance to prove that they really are a better team than the Ducks.

Gonna be tough to beat the Ducks twice, but obviously it's doable. I'm sick of hearing about their injuries.

We own oregon.

Our D is better. Would could lose certainly, but not worried or scared for this game.

I can promise you, neither are RR or the CATS.

Understand that Oregon will not be the only thing that we will be playing against in this game. It's in the pac-12's best interest that Oregon wins this game. Just sayin...

I say F' it. Let's throw a monkey wrench into the machine.

Count me in as one of those who thinks that the whole CFP/Bowl series thing sucks.

If not for the Championship thing we would be playing Oregon next friday for the right to go to the Rose Bowl. As it is we may have very little to play for, other than pride and an outright conference title. Should we win, we are odds on headed to the Fiesta Bowl (unless a whole lot of upsets happen). Should we lose....we may still be headed to the Fiesta Bowl. To make matters worse, if we win the Fiesta Bowl may find themselves in a dilemma..........Invite Oregon and all of their $$$$$ to fill the hotels in Phx/Scottsdale or invite the UA who's fans will most likely drive up from Tucson the day of the game and not stay. To put it another way, its possible that if we win next Friday we might actually be penalized and drop to a lessor bowl.

As part of the agreement to be apart of CFP, big bowl no longer pick their teams, the committee does.

Article said 7 in the vehicle. I guess if Grant "isn't starting" then we shouldn't be too concerned about the other 6?

RR tells them after every game to make smart decisions. Grant has no one to blame but himself. He let the team down and we move on.

Going to be tough without our 2 smurfs Phillips and Grant but its time for kids like TJ and Haden to step up.
