What he will be remembering is that next year he has Solomon, Wilson, Grant, Neal, Jones, Griffey, Phillips, Scooby, McCall and more coming back. This is a Top 10 team next year out of the gate. Go somewhere else and rebuild yet again, leaving this roster to another coach to take over and get the credit with? He didn't just recruit these guys. He developed them.

He owns Tucson right now. He has a shot at the playoff next year (heck, this year.) Arizona is the favorite to win the Pac-12 South in 2015. He's ready to reap the rewards for what he's done. The big programs will come calling every year. Get him a raise, get his assistants a raise. He's brought Arizona to rarified air for the program and there's room to keep rising.
