Magloire is a 6-1, 210, redshirt Junior JC transfer from Arizona Western, Ft Lauderdale, FL. He was a Junior College 2nd team All-American and the conference defense POY last year. Magloire had 101 tackles (6 for a loss), 2 interceptions, 6 break-ups, 3 blocked kicks, and a forced fumble. Here's some of what AZDS wrote about Magloire on signing day:
At Arizona Western, he led the defense to an Arizona Junior College State Championship. He uses his size and instinct to close in on the ball and attack with a big hit. He's relentless on the field, ranking 19th in the nation in tackles and 10th in the nation in assisted tackles. His highlights are below.

Magloire was one of the pace setters in the weight room earlier in the summer setting several DB records. He is competing with Tellas Jones for Bandit and should be a big part of our secondary this year. Here are some of the coaches evaluations of Magloire:
“Paul is a hard worker. He’s the type of kid that is hard to get off the field because he will outwork you. He proved that he could play at the Division I level by going the JUCO route and outworking everyone to get there. He is a great player and I believe he will bring great things to Arizona football. I am excited to see him play.” – Arizona Western Coach Tom Minnick

“Paul is a junior college kid who started in January. We are going to be looking for him to fill a void at the safety position. He can play the spur and bandit. He’s an aggressive kid who can tackle in the open field and covers well. I’m looking forward to working with him this spring and seeing him develop over the next couple of months so he can be ready to go in August.” – UA Coach Matt Caponi

Werlinger is a 6-1, 192 redshirt Freshman walk-on QB from Basha HS, Chandler, AZ. He threw fro 3,242 yards and 25 TDS making 62% of his passes as a high school Senior. Werlinger also rushed for another 365 yards and 5 TDS. He was not only an All-State performer on the football field, but also an All-Academic selection. Last year, while redshirting, Werlinger was recognized in New York as one of 5 national finalists for the National Football Foundation National High School Scholar-Athlete Award. He is currently 4th on the QB depth chart.

14 is the Arizona record for the most passes caught in a game set by Jeremy McDaniel at Cal in 1996.

Looks like we'll be seeing some Paul Magloire at linebacker today.
