It's OK to give a scholarship to a QB that will never see the field except in blow outs, but God forbid RR offers a scholie to someone that makes or breaks a season, see Alex Zendejas.

Yes... Collin Riccitelli is the kicker that will probably come on board. He's pretty decent.

Looks like UA offered him a preferred walk on position. Only scholie offers from Navy and USAF.
