3 Jarrius Wallace

Edited from 39 Days now that Wallace is number 3.
Wallace is a 6'2", 180, Freshman safety from John Ehret HS, Marrero, LA. Another late addition to the class, Wallace had an official visit in January and then the coaches followed him back home to get his commitment weeks prior to signing day.
Wallace had 40 tackles and 7 interceptions as a senior helping to lead his team to the state championship game. His high school coach Corey Lambert told the New Orleans Advocate, “Jarrius is one of the hardest working kids I ever coached on and off the field. What you see on a daily basis by Jarrius is what you get. Effort, hard working and leadership.”
Wallace is not currently on the depth chart, but it would not be surprising to see several more true Freshman see playing time this year.
39 was our net kickoff average last year (actually 38.9, but I rounded up).
No. 39
Consecutive Games Throwing Touchdown Pass, 17, Nick Foles (from Nov. 6, 2010, to Nov. 26, 2011)
