Wilborn is a 6-2, 245, Freshman Linebacker/Defensive End from Norte Dame HS, Northridge, CA. Another 2 way player in high school, he played both running back and defensive end. Wilborn had 580 yards and 11 TDs on offense and 13 sacks, 43 tackles, and 1 interception on defense which earned him 1st team all-mission league and region offensive POY. With Miller out the entire camp, Wilborn should be getting plenty of extra reps as one of the guys who could be filling the depth chart at the Stud position.
114 was the most receiving yards by an individual in a game last year set by Shun Brown against Washington on 7 catches.
Working against the scout team, Wilborn recorded two high-impact sacks: One resulted in a fumble, the other a safety. It was hard for anyone to stand out during the Beanie Bowl; there was no tackling, and the outcomes of plays sometimes were predetermined to set up specific down-and-distance situations. Wilborn managed to make an impression anyway.

4 sacks and a forced fumble against UCLA. I’m looking forward to this kid gaining experience.
