Yep, a great kickoff time! For real. We got respect unlike asu vs Colorado and Washington State vs Oregon State. FS1 will get many many many more eyeballs than PAC-12.

Remember we cannot force MSPN or Fox to give us a ton of money and then demand kickoff times that are not in the best interest of Fox and MSPN.

U of A should be favored in this one.

Cal isn't gonna be a fun team to play. They may not be a great team, but they're gonna bring what they have and it's gonna hurt later. Kinda of reminds me of some of the Smith and Tomey teams - 6-7 win type teams, but always a tough out and going down swinging if they lose.

Let be honest, Cal is much improve defensive team and UA Offense is going to have alot of trouble moving the ball down the field against them.

Oof, thread's been up for 9 days and no one gives a crap. I'll have nothing else to do Saturday night with the wife at work so I'll probably watch us lose.

Going back decades, the Cal-UA series has seen some of the strangest games I have ever seen.

Cal-Arizona is the Bermuda Triangle of the PAC-10/12.

A jet sweep or outside run, even a wheel route would be exotic for us.

Mazzone is playing Joiner in games that he thinks a running QB is optimal and the opposite for Doyle, he will play in games where passing is optimal.

You really think that what going to happen? I mean a contemplating Offensive Change to what?

Personnel Change? Offensive Scheme Change? Or are there just that damn desperate.

They aren't starting...just getting playing time. Joiner might get his snaps tonight. Doyle might vs Utah or UCLA.

Why was RhettRod getting minutes if he isn't even in the rotation at QB now?

Because you'd figure a Heisman candidate would only not play because of injury, so better to preserve Joiner and Doyle in case either has to play more than 4 games due to injury. That's why you play Rhett for meaningless bullshit at the beginning of the year.
