From Oregon. Has one year of eligibility left.
He played safety as a freshman and a receiver after that. His stock has fallen as a receiver at Oregon.
Any chance we can pick him up? Would he start as a safety or receiver?

My exact same thought, and expected as much.

Heck, put him on Special Teams. The new redshirt rule sure helped him.

Graduate transfer? Would be eligible his first year.
Even better yet, just get it done before the Oregon game. We can just have him report to our locker room on game night, put on the red and blue and bring him back with us afterward.
