Joiner is a 6-1, 214, redshirt Sophomore receiver from Tucson. A converted QB last year was his first as a receiver and he led the team in yards with 552 and was 3rd in catches with 34. I'm not sure if that says more about our poor recruiting at receiver or Joiner's athletic ability and talent. He had foot surgery in the offseason and was not even 100 percent last year and the delayed season start should help him be fully recovered this year. Hard to guess if Curry or Joiner will be the #1 receiver this year, but it is likely they will benefit from each other. You can not double cover or put your top corner on both of them at the same time. Our offense gives me hope and Joiner is one of the key players.

I don't see the big deal. Every player gets a free pass this year to transfer, so no harm in seeing what is out there, and what is going to happen here.
With the UA's low talent level, don't see a lot of these players getting really great offers. Seems to me, Joiner does not have breakaway speed, and has trouble with separation with PAC 12 DBs, so not sure where he would end up.
