I would love to see us sooner than later go back to the desert swarm unis, but I have said in the past a all black uni for a crucial game could be a game changer.

Kind of digging Coach Jedd’s office decor. That is one bad ass looking helmet on his top shelf....

It worked for Ia State this year. They were rolling all black and black and white for most of the games.

I just thought it was interesting that it’s on the top shelf of his office? Don’t exactly know what it means, but I would imagine that very high profile recruits on visits would warrant a “personal” one on one in Jedd’s office. Like many others here have stated and myself included we all know our current uniforms are crap! Maybe the black lid is a talking point to something coming down the road.....

Totally agree, but who ever the colorblind M-F’er at Nike was that came up with our current color/design scheme most certainly disagreed with Heath & the rest of us. I’m in the minority I know, I just think if it attracts the type of talent that would warrant wearing a Johnny Cash type uni for one really important game, why the fuck not?

Maybe Greg can use his special skills and drop the black lid in Jedd’s office into this post and see if you still think it doesn’t look bad ass?

I dislike the idea of a black lid........which means it's probably coming cause the young kids playing the game love the idea
