Dougherty is in his 2nd year as Arizona's QB coach and passing game coordinator. Like so much of our offensive staff this is his show me year. We now clearly have the pieces to put together a strong passing game as long as the QB can get the ball out quickly (the offensive line is still a huge question mark). Last year Arizona was last in the conference in scoring offense, TDs, passing yards per attempt, passing yards per completion and passing efficiency. On the positive side we were 3rd in passing offense.
