5 Christian Young

Young is a 6-3, 225, Senior safety Houston, TX. He missed 1 game as a true Freshman and played in only 1 game in 2020's short season, but has played in every other game as a wildcat making him our most experienced defensive player. He has 20 starts over his career including every game last year and he will be one of the team leaders.
Last year, Young had 68 tackles (2nd on the team), 2 tackles for a loss, 4 pass break-ups, and 1 QB hurry. This year he will be our starting boundry safety protecting the short side of the field.
