8 Sterling Lane II

Lane is a 6-3, 225, Sophomore linebacker from St. Louis, MO. He played in 5 games last year as a defensive end rush specialist. Lane had 8 tackles on the year with 5 posted against Utah. This season he is listed as a linebacker and looks to be one of the reserves fighting for playing time.

If I lived in Tucson I’d wear a shirt to the games that said “Free Sterling Lane”.

Just put the kid on the field. He makes plays.
Of the 12 coaches, Rush picked the one whose fans have the deepest passion, the longest memories, the greatest lung capacity and … did I mention deep passion?
