Payne is a 6-7, 298, redshirt Freshman offensive lineman from Chatsworth, CA. He did not see the field last year, so it is hard not to project him as O-line depth.

Arizona scored 63 points last year off turnovers. That sounds pretty good, but I couldn't find a simple way to compare it to the Big 12 or PAC 12.

You think with that size it would be hard to keep him off the field.
