Can't imagine UCLA giving him a release to play in the PAC 12 South even though he was offered by Arizona.

Willis never recovered from his back injury. He's really got not position right now. But the two schools he's rumored to be looking into are Nebraska and UNC. Generally schools for wayward football players.
Ortiz is probably heading somewhere MWC/Ohio/Sun Belt.
Mora hasn't really stopped kids from transferring in conference. He just let Lucien go to ASU without any fight. Last year Fitts went to Utah and somehow was cleared to play without sitting out a year, though I think Mora fought that one
