ASU is obviously improved this year. Whatever Hurley's doing is working. They're 10-3 with wins over UNLV, Creighton, Texas A&M, and Belmont.

We'll need to limit their second shots, hit our FTs, and get some good looks for our bigs.

I think we win by a point or two.

USC is good and in all likelihood will make the NCAA tourney. But they ain't winning the Pac. It's either Arizona, Cal, Oregon or UCLA. Last night Utah proved they're not gonna hold up over 18-games.

For what it's worth, Cal and UCLA have the most future NBA players. But that's often a poor indicator of a team's likely success.

Like you I'm guessing that we're going to need to tighten up the rotation and see significantly more of the starters for the second half.
