In what world does Gabe York drop 18 on a shade under 50% from both the field and 3, and scores lower than Tollefsen's 4 points on one field goal, 1 rebound, and getting torched on defense the entire night?

3 TO to none, 8 missed shots to 2, 2 assists to Tolley's 4.

York was pretty awful on defense also, but doesn't really count in the Bird scores. Perhaps more in the +/-.

i dont need a bird score for this game to know who played like sh*t; Oregon had 21 more field goal attempts than Arizona which is directly attributed to 19 turnovers (10 from two starters alone) with 5 of those giveaways coming in the first 4 min(s) of the second half.

and York shooting more than 10 shots in any game is not an outline for success for him or Arizona given that he is an awful defender only outclassed in crappola defense and ability by Cartwright on the perimeter.

When we were down late and he started jacking to try to get us back in it, I cringed. That goes well if he is making them, and only then. Otherwise it's removing all hope.

We just don't have a lot of perimeter scoring options, though. Kadeem wasn't hitting jumpers, and he and York are the only 2 guys we have with a punchers chance at creating their own shot right now.

Save us Allonzo, you're our only hope.
