When do we see the part about Goazcats being better after driving off all the freeloaders who "with all due respect, are not customers"?

Holy shit... Way too much time on his hands!

Remember the time I volunteered the idea of him setting up a paypal for that site so we who loved it could fund it, only asking for transparancy and admin powers for voted in regulars so he didn't have to worry about funding or running the free boards ever again?

We might be fortunate he didn't take us up on that.

So does this make it fair to Rep Message new (legit) members over there and tell them to come here? Believe it or not, there are a couple new ones that seem cool (well, at least one, I'd have to go look again for others).

They're not Arizona alumni. Just a couple of rogues who have really caused the program some messes to clean up, as well as making problems for the fans.

I just contacted Josh Gershon to see if he's up on who owns the site still. If my username gets linked to Ace-like accusations I'm contacting our family lawyer.

If you want to delete, fine. Ban me, fine.

But you start painting me as something I not, making it so I have said things I've never written, and you go down a road that's already dabbling in illegalities (his pedo support group link prior) and I'll make sure to bring his version of cyber-bullying to the attention of the proper authorities.

Yep. They're not fans, but businessmen (poor ones at that). I do enjoy the accusations of 'stealing customers' though. I thought freeboarders were freeloaders and NOT customers...so which is it? lol.

Wow wow wow. Nothing like taking the high road huh?

The funny thing is that this now cements a few things we suspected:

A) The free boards do matter to the health of his business and he's probably losing money with how little traffic there is.

B) GoAZ premium isn't so phenomenal that it could drive traffic all by itself.

C) MAO is absolutely threatened by what this site has become in a few short months.

D) MAO is a petty, vindictive, childish asshole and someone I would NEVER in a million years want to give my money to.

Something tells me it had a lot to do with how good Gershon, Scheer and, yes, our community made that site.

Don't forget, Pastner and Storey had a very good business relationship.

People wonder how Ace could get so close to Book--well, how the hell could Josh have convinced Lute to let a website give recruits unprecedented, and ultimately illegal, access to McKale facilities?

It happens, and it happened. Bad faith. I see you lurking around the corner of the upper concourse, Josh and Miles.

I call my volunteer service at the Cactus Classic in '07 The Lost Weekend because of all that misplaced faith. We all believed what we were doing was for the program at the time--not just for some damn business interest of Jim Storey's.

And Ben had a very poor business relationship with Storey and others. Hansen never let me in the details, but he left due to Storey's goals for the site which did not concur with Ben's.

That would be funny. Although I'm more inclined to go back there to post and let the few stragglers know that Jim Storey and/or his employees are spiteful, vengeful douchebags who are defaming long time posters with this silly barrage of visitor messages.

MAO kept telling us that he didn't need us freeloaders and that he didn't need the free boards. Then when one went away and the other died he started acting like a baby. What an asshole.

Anyone else find it funny that one of our major complaints was how absent Admin was and then when we all leave all of a sudden MAO is checking the boards minute by minute looking for any mention of other sites and is posting childish visitor messages to make posters look bad?

I like how silverstrefelem and maybe one or two others are still championing TOS, like everything is all fine over there and they just need more time to get back in the swing of things. Talk about denial, or rats on a sinking ship, etc etc. Funny stuff.

Last week my fiancee noticed I was browsing a different site on my phone (this one), she saw the "Bear Down Wildcats, Co-Op" header and asked why I wasn't on GoAzCats or whatever...I tried explaining the botched upgrade, the msytery admin, the revolution all the while she's staring at me confused as hell. Just said fuck it, let me be woman you don't understand.

When I was telling the wife about the JLaw/Upton/"Celebrity" hacking scandal, she asked where to find the pics while looking at my phone. Then she asked, "Should I just go to GoAZCats?" So I explained to her the Great Wildcat Message Board Revolt and how it was preceded by MAO's Great Leap Forward ... and then Backward, and how we were forging a new type of board, run by the people, for the people, and through the people, and how we were like astronauts on a strange new planet, just trying to feel our way toward FREEDOM!!!

She rolled her eyes and said, "Just tell me where to find the pics your nerd friends probably hacked."

LMAO. That was the same response from my wife when she asked "why is the color scheme different" in the earlier days of this website.

She listened to my explaining of the revolt, even though I know she didn't care. Thats love.

I also had a very similar conversation with my wife.

"Are you on GoAZCats?"

"No, are you kidding me? Fuck GoAzCats"

"Really, why?"

"They suck, we started a new site of our own, we all left and formed a Cats Co-Op."

"Is it the same people?"

"Yes"

"Are you discussing the same things?"

"Yes"

"So you're on GoAzCats"

Sigh....
