There are reports out that two weeks ago the Cavs tried to trade for TJ and the Sixers turned them down.

Our boy has truly made it.

I heard that too. A) I'm glad because I can't stand the Cavs and b) the sixers must see him as part of the bright future they are building.

He may become a backup if Philly ends up w one of those top 4 PGs but , at the very least, he has cemented himself as an NBA rotation guy.

I personally think he ends up a starter somewhere at some point.

It's nice to see other teams recognizing the value he brings. The Cavs would be a great situation for him, where he is a backup on a really good team.

The Sixers can get there too, but the Cavs are already there.

The Sixers want young talent. The Cavs don't have any of that except for Kyrie or Love.

I'd guess a second rounder, maybe Felder included.

Same age as TJ. SG out of Tennessee. Barely gets off the bench.

The thing about TJ too is that he was (and is) always fun to watch because he's hustling and getting the most out of his other teammates. The team just worked better. He's actually one of the more entertaining players in all the NBA. I'm not saying he's the most talented, I'm just saying he's a lot of fun, and all the Philly fans chanting MVP are taking a liking to watching his game. It's not just boring 1 on 1, or pass around the perimeter and shoot 30 3s a game that can be the bane of the NBA at times.

I'm a Bulls fan, and would trade Rondo or an over the hill Wade for TJ in a heartbeat.

And Jordan McCrae for TJ? That's the most laughable trade offer ever. Cavs GM had to at least try, the Sixers front office used to be absolutely atrocious in the recent past and probably would have entertained such an offer due to McCrae "upside".

The Sixers beat the Heat tonight and TJ had 11 points and 10 assists. He also had 4 rebounds, 2 steals and only one turnover. Of course TJ's hater is continuing to hate.
