He didn't really only play 16 minutes did he? No way he should be playing less than 30
You could get him closer to that with more minutes at the four if you put Lauri at the 5.

Rawle is so damn underappreciated. I have been pissed in the other threads about his greatly reduced playing time (40 combined minutes I believe vs UCLA and USC), glad to see he got some better minutes vs ASU.

A wing who can get 15 rebounds...well, I will take that guy every day of the week.

Rawle has steadily improved all season long. Love what he brings this team.

Is it a given he comes back next year?

I have no idea but he does seem like a perfect candidate to return and make a splash, and improve his stock, which isn't always the case. He has the personality of the type of player who does return and strengthen his game rather than take his chances.

If he's back, he'll show his improvements in team D, ball handling, and passing.

Hard to improve that wet perimeter shot. His form, release, and success are elite. And that's with his weak hand.

I wonder if his spin move is so good because defenders don't expect him to finish with his left. It's easy to forget that's his dominate hand, since he shoots with his right.

Love Rawle going to the hoop. Opens things up for everybody.

Added Rawle Alkins, “when I attack, teams they go look for Lauri and it opens up the lane for me and if they help I just kick it out to him and he knocks it down.”

Dude is as stone cold as Miller. I love how Miller finds and gets 1or2 or these hard nosed east coast guys on every roster. Though not as objectively talented in the beginning, TJ was of the same mold.

He was a turnover machine in the early season and thats one area he has improved greatly. Last night's game was the first time in months where I thought "Rawle is killing us w these turnovers."

Just convinces me even further that that timeout was for the team and to a lesser extent a petty pay back to Alford.
After we beat UCLA, we called that timeout — that’s some Savage Life stuff right there,” Alkins said. “Everything possible that you can think of — beast mode or kind of like aggressive — you think Savage Life

Bet he gets less fouls called on him since they won't be pansy-a## P12 Refs. Did anyone else notice one of his last fouls vs. ORE where he missed the rebound, was way under the bucket (maybe even out of bounds), the ORE player flushed it and Rawle was moving back toward him and they accidentally touched BUT he was still called with the foul?

It looked completely incidental and so incredibly minor.....I couldn't believe the foul, Rawle was fuming behind his smile but seemed like he was used to these kind of BS calls due to his strength / aggressiveness....smh. #SavageLife

The worst part was that it was Jordan Bell who is a beast and didn't even feel anything.

The ying to Arizona's yang on offense. Clark Kellogg pointed it out during the halftime show, his balanced offensive game makes everyone else's job easier.

If I could ever wish for an entourage, it would start with Rawle Alkins and Kevin Parrom.

Dude is so balls. Giant, brass cojones. Put him atop the board and tell the other guys they're competing for the steak knives.

1) It's his right hand, which is his shooting hand, but he's left handed.

2) I refuse to believe it will affect his perimeter shooting anyway.

Hell the same or similar injury improved DWill's perimeter shooting. Maybe the same goes for Rawle? He has 5 days to learn how to shoot with his fingers taped though thankfully.

Any word on ligament damage? A dislocated finger without ligament damage isnt a huge thing. Pop it back in, and its a matter of rest and ice til the soreness subsides

He made a bunch of threes during halftime warmups. He'll need treatment but it looks like he adjusted to it very well.

Between Parrom, Momo Jones, and now Rawle, think it is clear Miller needs to have at least one NYC on every Arizona team from here on out. If ones not available, upstate NY (Mark Lyons, (Florida)) will do.
